Patients are seen by appointments only. We schedule appointments in an organized fashion so that we may efficiently serve you and respect your time. Due to the nature of periodontal services, your appointment
time is exclusively reserved for your treatment. It is not possible to schedule other procedures at the same time. If you do not keep your appointment, that time is not used. Thus, if you are not able to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice, a fee must be charged to cover this time.
We are available Monday through Friday at two locations. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have an emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
